Process:

  • You fill out the quote request form
  • We contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule an evaluation
  • We perform an on-site measurement (free)
  • We provide you with a detailed quote
  • You decide whether to accept the quote or not, without obligation

7. Service Conditions

7.1 Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from their issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices indicated are subject to change without notice.

7.2 Warranties

Our services include:

  • 20-year manufacturer warranty on thermal units and glazing
  • 1-year warranty on labor

Warranties are detailed in service contracts and documents provided during the intervention.

7.3 Intervention Delays

We strive to intervene within 48-72 hours following acceptance of the quote. Delays may vary depending on product availability and workload.

7.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your appointment free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Thermos A.M makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and updating of information disseminated on the Site. However, Thermos A.M cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information available on the Site.

Thermos A.M cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site or the impossibility of accessing it, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
